First System Setup
After trial registration, log in and complete Company Profile first, then review application settings before adding jobs.
The original help recommends changing your password immediately and confirming country code formatting for addresses.
Xero Integration
Enable Xero in Company Profile and system settings, then authorize using the CONNECT flow and retrieve Accounts, Contacts and Inventory.
After sync, reload settings and choose your default Xero invoice item account.
Repeat Jobs
Set repeat intervals in days, months or years on a job. The system tracks due repeats and shows notifications before due date.
A single click from the repeat notification creates a new job using details from the original.
Job Details
You can start adding jobs straight away and add client details as part of job entry.
Keep a consistent process for mandatory fields so completed jobs are invoice-ready.
Easier Navigation
The dashboard is intended as your quick-start screen for creating jobs and jumping to key system areas.
The original system also highlights outstanding jobs and standard reports from the main navigation flow.
